The tomatoes, grown in our fields in Fano, enhance the quality of the sauces. All our products are without thickeners, preservatives or chemical additives. Our purees are tomato-based preserves, hand-picked in our fields and processed the same day to maintain the freshness of the tomato with a sweet and full taste. DATTERINI IN PASSATA

The datterino tomato plant produces clusters formed by many small fruits, with an elongated shape, a bright red color, and an unmistakable sugary taste, characteristics that make it of higher quality than any other tomato, its particular aroma makes it ideal for fresh consumption.

POMODORI PELATI

The tomato, harvested by hand when fully ripe, is peeled in water and stored in a glass jar as our grandmothers did.

  • Our advice: They keep their pulpy consistency over time. Used whole or cut into small pieces, they are suitable for all types of dishes, giving that strong flavor of fresh tomatoes.

PASSATA DI POMODORI GIALLI BIOLOGICA

The Pomodoro, now considered a VIP in the large family of tomatoes, with an intense yellow color and a sweet taste, can be combined with ingredients with very strong flavors. It is grown on our land, harvested, and transformed with the San Cesareo method, in order to obtain a high concentration.
