The Passata, VELLUTATA, is creamy and is the most convenient way to use the tomato, harvested by hand and transformed on the same day of harvesting. It maintains the taste and color of fresh tomatoes in any type of cooking: 100% tomato without additives.
Cherry tomatoes are grown directly on company land, on the fertile hills of Fano (PU) in the Marche region.
Single-variety tomato puree, prismatic type, all pulp.
