The tomatoes, grown in our fields in Fano, enhance the quality of the sauces. All our products are without thickeners, preservatives or chemical additives. Our purees are tomato-based preserves, hand-picked in our fields and processed the same day to maintain the freshness of the tomato with a sweet and full taste. The production method of the San Cesareo company gives the tomato puree a high concentration and the final product has a low water content and a high energy content.
